How do I access the space?
When you arrive at your reservation time, the mobile application will provide you with a unique QR code to scan and unlock the door.
Are golf clubs available to rent?
Golf clubs are available free of charge. We have sets available for men, women, right-handed players and left-handed players.
Do you offer lessons?
Yes, we have partnered with several credentialed coaches to provide lessons for our customers. You can see coach bios and availability online and on our mobile application and book lessons directly through our reservation system.
Can I bring a guest to play with me?
Yes! Up to four people are allowed to use one bay, so long as only one is in the hitting area at a time. So you can bring three friends for no extra charge.
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
Any reservation can be cancelled within 10 minutes of booking free of charge. Outside of the 10-minute grace period, reservations must be canceled at least 24hrs ahead of time to receive a refund.
If I buy a membership before open, will I get billed every month until open?
No, you will not be. While you will have to pay for the first month up front, the membership will not kick in until we open. You won’t be billed again until one month after open, when your second month begins. The same applies for annual memberships, you will not be billed again until a year after open.
